• Diagnostic Outputs: Individual assessment reports generated via the Leadership Effectiveness Score™ are provided solely for internal organizational evaluation and leadership benchmarking by the recipient.

4. Program Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

When enrolling in our Sustainable Performance for Leaders™ cohort programs, custom corporate workshops, or booking strategy sessions:

• Strategy & Discovery Calls: Complimentary strategy calls are scheduled subject to availability. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the session.
• Workshop & Cohort Enrollments: Prices listed for Standard, Plus, and Leadership Team Packages are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed in accordance with EU payment guidelines. Access to materials and cohort dates (e.g., September 14, 2026 cohort) is granted upon confirmed payment.
• Corporate Customization: Tailored enterprise workshops are governed by customized corporate service agreements executed separately.

Our programs, publications, articles, and diagnostic reports provide executive leadership coaching, energy management strategies, and organizational effectiveness advisory services.
