My professional journey has been anything but linear. It evolved from working as an international marketing consultant for global brands to experiencing burnout, which fundamentally changed how I think about performance and leadership.
Before starting my own business, I consulted for organizations including Unilever, Procter & Gamble, and Heineken, living and working in San Diego, Geneva, and the Netherlands. Following this, I spent nine years as a lecturer, trainer, and program coach within the International Creative Business program at a Dutch University of Applied Sciences.
Experiencing burnout while working in a high-pressure international corporate environment forced me to re-evaluate everything. My years in higher education then gave me the opportunity to deepen my understanding of learning, leadership, and human development. Today, my work combines those experiences into one clear mission: helping leaders and organizations build the systems that make sustainable high performance possible.
